You play as a disgruntled pizza boy/ wannabe surgeon armed with all the tools a real surgeon needs- a pizza cutter, tongs, a lighter, and some needle and thread. This game is surprisingly challenging, especially in the later levels. Truly, it is like the internet version of the board game "Operation."
